Его письмо:
Hello Anna,
Do you remember me? Well, I'm
not looking for a homestay in San Diego or Moscow
right now but I'm writing to you to tell you that I
look up not only on what you have done for children
but also on your website and in particular for the
French Translation. Did you use a
sophisticated "software translator" or did you ask a
friend to translate the pages??? Just curious. I'd
like to ask you something, No Pressure, feel free to
say "No" if you are not keen on the idea. I do have a
website http://highspeedrun.com and I'd like to create a "Russian Version" of the site; do you think you could
help me to do that (I mean translate it)??? To speak
frankly it's a "hobby site" we do not make money with
it and, so far, no one is paid but I could help you
in return if you think there is something I can do for
you. Please, let me know what you think. Thank you in
advance. Oh, one last thing you are right, Italian
people are the most friendly and the more casual and
"zen" people of the world: my wife and I recently
stayed (thanks to the help of couchsurfing.com) in
Milano (Italy) and we were given a warm welcome from
the people who put us up and it allowed us to spend a
few days with our daughter Clémentine who is a student
(Erasmus Program) living there. Not only we kept our
expenses to a minimum but also we made new friends :-)
Keep in touch.
Cheers.
Jean-louis.
